Delivery starts with planning: when the order leaves the factory, we contact you to coordinate the delivery and take the floor, the lift and the width of the stairwell into account. The units travel packed, in protective film and on vertical racks, so they arrive without chips or distortion.
We deliver across mainland Spain. The usual manufacturing lead time is 3 to 4 weeks, plus transport time. We let you know when the order is ready and again before delivery.
On receipt, check the packaging and the number of units and note any visible damage on the delivery note. If you find a defect, send us photos within 48 hours and we will resolve it at no cost. The windows are delivered uninstalled: you can fit them yourself or entrust the job to a professional of your choice.
